DIET: Ok.  Quiznos 9″ (no cheese); Starbucks coffee with skim

GYM: No

CARDIO: 25 minutes (with 5 x 1 minute fast breaks for a good sweat and heart rate) in the evening (no food after)

    How many meals you have everyday? You have to have breakfast in order to start the body metabolism to burn the fat.

    Well eating breakfast is not going to get you lean, unless you diet the rest of the day too, and of course exercise, but it does help rev the metabolism, like any meal does

    Of course you must have exercises. You have to eat low calorie meals to keep you not feeling hungry and keep a high metabolism rate. More meats can help, I think.

    Yes, you’re right; exercise, higher protein (which doesn’t spike insulin as simple carbs do) and eating less calories per meal but eating more often works well for me.

    You really know what you are doing. I am sure you will get to 240lbs by summer.
