Wednesday

Weight today was 290.5 (no clothes) at 1:30pm.

CARDIO: 25-minute (with 5 x 1 minute fast breaks, for good heartrate and sweat) in the evening

DIET: So-so.  Too many carbs/calories last meal of the day (sitting in front of the TV!)

    It’s ok. Carbohydrates make you feel full. Do you eat spicy foods? Eating spicy foods will give you the feeling of fullness.

    Carbs makes me want more carbs!
